Such a beautiful video and they make a lovely couple. The groom's ma missed out, she's going to regret it for the rest of her life.
Spida, I find it hard to believe that you haven't been to any weddings so far....what have you been doing with your time?!? Rest assured
if
I ever get married, all you guys from the board will be attending, no excuses!

a friend of mine did get married this year but it was in the states and I couldnt afford to travel out there! i was so close to getting to my first wedding outfit !
And my uncle did get married when i was about 6 but he got hitched abroad so no one was invited. very selfish i thought lol - other than him i have a small family and i am one of the oldest children now so i guess its upto me!! argh
I keep tryin to encourage my friends but no one as yet has felt so sorry for me to arrange one for me to attend yet .
i eagerly await my invite Dev!

The first obstacle seems is the venue bit i have been looking for a while now, and working full time doesnt work much as the staff who take care of venues are not available on weekends...Will work something out in next 1-2 months.
For dresses i plan for ethnic wear in India, White dress wud be here...
Based on that we later plan to work on the theme.
It wud be either spring or summer wedding though

Ahhh..I loved to watch this whole clip Chweetgurl...its a beautiful union and goregeous wedding too...
It goes to show where there is a will there is a way...your right about Guardwara weddings if people will approach them through family..it is easier.
Mum in Law will have missed out on a great day...Im sorry to hear that...Lets hope she will see that her son is happy, and that matters more...
One of the best clips ive seen of a mixed relationship and family support from the people who were there...

Very heartwarming videos
As for the mother in law, its her loss, everyone at the wedding looks like theyre happy and having a good time and she would be the one sitting at home feeling sorry for herself.

Hi,
I saw this film recently - I have the book too but have not made it through.
The film is great - well I really enjoyed it and I would recommend it.

From reading wikipedia the film does appear to be slightlyl different to the book, but I enjoyed it all the same.
I think my gf was touched by it as the wife in the film had a similar experience to that of her own mother.
