Hello to all MT Members,

I would like to  make a request for couples to contribute their  story of how they had to fight to be with their loved one... their journey to settling down.... with.... or without family support.

The reason that I started this board was so that couples in similar situation to mine...seeking advice/support could pick a leaf or two from others stories.

To me you are the real life HEROES!

It may take a bit of your time, but  it will definetly help people out there ,looking for guidance  Cheesy

I like this thread. I'd love to see people like Saffron / Balbir / Pratap put their stories here, as well as people like Angie & Bill etc.

Be lovely to see how everyone coped and how they moved forwards.

Great idea, I suppose its a bit like our experiences page but more to do with how we moved on.....I have written something similar about when I got married but since then have had a lot to deal with in those first few years of married life, its definitely different being in a mixed relationship and rather testing at times!

Will do, I definitely need to add to my story since the wedding day, that was a hurdle in itself but since then so much has happened, in fact just the other day a situation arose and I thought I must share that with everyone on MT.

When I get a chance will find the link and add recent events.

Thank you for asking; I will try and put something down.  I am in the process of building a website that tells our story in pictures, words and extracts from my wife's novel she has been writing for a number of years.  One of these days she hopes to have it published.  Everry now and then I read various stories on this site and my heart goes out to the people involved and I feel I would like to help - but how?  I will let you have my website address to see if that is helpful and then you can decide whether to publicise it.
